Returns
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind regarding your purchase. We are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:
- Goods must be unused and in original packing.
- Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- All sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Personalized embroidered goods are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Please note- You can choose a full refund within 3-5 business days, payable back to your credit card or we can offer Store Credits as an alternative.
- Refunds will be excluding shipping charges which are non refundable.
Local Delivery
- Free delivery for any purchase over HKD$ 500 (excluding Outlying Islands).
- Next day delivery is available for an additional HKD$150.
- Additional delivery charges may be incurred if delivery involves carrying packages up multiple stairs or if location is not close to a parking area.
- We use the most reputable companies, such as S.F. Express Courier Service, GoGoVan and Kerry Express for orders inside Hong Kong, in order to provide you with the best possible delivery service. Delivery usually takes between 4-5 working days. It may take a little longer during holidays, bad weather or peak season.
International Delivery
- International orders are dispatched with Hong Kong Post (E-Express, Normal Air or SpeedPost), S.F. Express (Asia & Australia only) and UPS.
- Delivery charge depend on location and is calculated upon checkout.
- Free worldwide delivery for purchase of HK$1000 or above.
Delivery Time
You order will be processed immediately and should be dispatched within 3-5 business days. Normally, International orders should be delivered between 7- 21 business days from the date of purchase.
Local orders should be delivered 4-10 days from date of purchase (unless specific requests have been made that require extra time).
All delivery dates are estimations only, as we are unable to predict delays during peak season or caused by customs regulations & procedures, in each country.
